Leslee Alexander

Founder & CEO

Leslee Alexander is the founder and CEO of event-pros, the premier supplier for live presenters, crowd gatherers and booth associates for worldwide exhibitors. She has been involved in trade show staffing for over 16 years. During this time, Leslee participated in trade shows throughout North America, the Pacific Rim, Europe, Africa, South America, Central America and Mexico with a significant portion of time spent in Japan and Australia. Her extensive travel has contributed to Leslee's multi-cultural awareness and her vast knowledge of both national and international exhibiting.

Today, Leslee is considered an expert in her field and frequently lectures to trade show exhibitors in addition to being featured in "Savvy Women Entrepreneurs" as well as numerous industry publications. Leslee believes hard work got her where she is today but the fantastic team that works alongside her keeps her on top. She feels truly blessed to have such a dynamic team; from the fantastic office staff to the professional talent that represent event-pros in the field.

Leslee's subscribed philosophy is one she continues to use to inspire not only her employees but herself as well:

Becky Jo Schwarz ↑ top

Becky Jo Schwarz

V.P. of Business Development

When Becky Jo joined the executive team of event-pros she brought with her over fifteen years of experience in the talent industry. She began her career working as a model and professional singer. One of her many performances introduced her to the tradeshow industry and she knew she found her niche. She was pleased to learn she could combine her skills as a performer with her years of experience in business marketing and utilize them in one industry. Her vibrant personality and rave reviews from clients quickly earned her a position as a Lead Associate and ultimately a promotion to the Southeast Regional Director. Her duties included facilitating interviews and orientations, training and managing the talent in her territory in addition to continued support on the trade show floor.

In fall of 2005 Becky Jo's ability to shine, earned her a position as the Director of Business Development out of the corporate office in Arizona. She eagerly said good-bye to her home in Orlando, Florida and headed out west to begin the next phase of her career. Her knowledge in the field has proven to be an invaluable asset when working with clients, her ability to strategize with exhibitors to increase their booth traffic and get the most out of their budget adds the finishing touch to an already fantastic team.

Because of Becky Jo's invaluable strengths, she was promoted to Vice President in the beginning of 2008. She has proven to be part of the foundation of what makes event-pros great. Her vibrant smile and "can do" attitude is second only to her love of chocolate. She walks into the office with a smile on her face (and a bag of snacks in her hand) that last throughout the day...she is the sunshine in our office.


Meredith Dirner ↑ top

Meredith Dirner

V.P. of Operations

Meredith is the core of the operations at event-pros, she is the "go to" person that will get the job done. Her ability to multi-task while maintaining an attention to detail is second only to her strong work ethic. She has developed new ways to standardize procedures, create efficient methodologies, and maximize profitability for numerous companies. Meredith began her career with event-pros shortly after graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Marketing. Initially, hired as an Administrative Assistant she supported the executive staff while learning the trade show industry. However, her skills to develop and maintain relationships with the event-pros associates quickly earned her a position as Talent Director where she worked closely with our Regional Directors and nation-wide talent. But, Meredith's ambition did not stop there, her ability to identify and meet the needs of both clients and associates earned her another promotion this time to Director of Operations in 2005 and eventually landing in her current role as a Vice President.

Today, Meredith is an integral part of the event-pros team, her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile is immeasurable but the warmth she shares with each of us is without compare. Her outgoing personality adds the sparkle to our office, she exudes happiness. With Meredith around, there's no such thing as a bad day...she'll find a way to make you laugh; and laugh we do!
